ClubManager — Cookie Notice
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies — local storage, pixels, and software development kits in mobile apps — do the same job. In this notice, "cookies" means all of them.
2. Our approach
We only use cookies that are strictly necessary to make our websites and application work and to keep them secure. Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003, these do not require your consent.
We do not use analytics cookies. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We do not serve advertising, and we do not allow third parties to track you across other websites.
If we ever introduce a cookie that is not strictly necessary, we will ask for your consent first, and give you a way to refuse that is as easy as accepting.

Set only when you make a payment
Where you make a payment to a club that uses Stripe, Stripe's payment components load on that page and may set cookies. They are used to process the payment and to detect fraud, and they load only on pages where a payment is being taken, and only for clubs using Stripe.
Video content
Video content on our site is embedded using do-not-track mode, which prevents cookies being set.
Analytics, advertising and the member app
None. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies anywhere, and there are no third party tracking components in our application or in the member app.
4. Third party content
We load some resources from third parties, including an animation library from a content delivery network and video content from our video host. Loading a resource from a third party reveals your IP address to that provider.
Our pages may also link to third party services such as WhatsApp. Following such a link takes you to that provider, whose own privacy policy applies.
5. Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop parts of our website and application working, including sign-in.
Because we use only strictly necessary cookies, there is nothing to opt out of.
6. Changes and contact
We will update this notice when our use of cookies changes, and will update the version number and effective date above. Superseded versions are available on request.
