1. Scope

This policy applies to purchases of ClubManager subscriptions, one-time software licenses, professional services, and any add-on modules sold by Bulls Eye Ventures Pvt. Ltd.

2. Trial period & initial cancellation window

● If your purchase included a free trial or a [14-day] satisfaction window (shown at checkout where applicable), you may cancel and request a full refund within that trial/initial window provided you cancel before the trial/window expires. (Exact trial length is shown at checkout for each plan.)

● To request a refund during the trial/initial window, email [email protected] with your order number.

3. Subscription cancellations (paid plans)

● Monthly subscriptions: Cancelling a monthly subscription will stop future billing. Access will remain active until the end of the current paid month. No refund is generally offered for days remaining in the current billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout. In certain cases we may offer a prorated refund or account credit; see section 6.

● Annual subscriptions: Cancelling an annual subscription will stop renewal. Refunds for early termination of annual subscriptions are handled case-by-case. We may offer a prorated refund for the unused portion after deducting any applicable fees — see section 6.

4. Professional services / implementation fees

● Paid professional services (custom integrations, on-site implementation, custom development) are treated separately. Fees for work already performed are non- refundable. Cancellations must be communicated in writing; any refundable portion will be calculated after deducting costs for work performed up to cancellation.

5. How to cancel

● To cancel, log into your account and use the subscription/cancellation control, or email [email protected] with your account and order details. We will confirm cancellation by email.

6. Refunds — timing, method & calculations

● Method: Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method whenever possible. If that is not possible, we will issue refunds by bank transfer (we will request bank details).

● Timing: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval (typical industry standard; actual posting to your account depends on your bank or card issuer).

● Proration: When a prorated refund is applicable, the refund amount will be the unused portion of the paid subscription less any setup/administrative fees explicitly disclosed at purchase and taxes.

● Chargebacks: If you raise a chargeback with your bank before contacting us, we will respond to the card issuer with our transaction and delivery records. If a chargeback is reversed in our favor, your subscription will remain active or we may offer other remedies.

7. No refunds for change of mind (after trial)

● Unless you cancel within the trial/initial window, purchases of access are generally non-refundable for change of mind after the trial ends. For fairness and customer satisfaction, we will consider exceptional refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

8. Tax and GST treatment

● All prices shown on our site include or exclude GST as indicated at checkout. For B2C purchases in India, GST at the applicable rate (generally 18% for digital services/SaaS) will apply and be shown on invoices. You will receive a tax invoice for purchases.

9. Defects & non-delivery

● If you experience technical non-delivery or a material defect preventing use, contact Support immediately. Where the problem is due to our service failure and cannot beremedied within a reasonable time, you may be eligible for a refund or credit for the affected period.

10. Disputes & escalation

● If you are not satisfied with the initial resolution, escalate to [email protected]. We will investigate and respond within a reasonable period.

11. Legal compliance

● This policy is designed to comply with the Consumer Protection (E-commerce) Rules and applicable payment/financial rules in India. We reserve the right to update this policy to reflect legal or operational changes; material changes will be reflected here with an updated “Last updated” date.
